Special K Bars

          1   cup Sugar
          1   cup corn syrup, light
          1   cup peanut butter, creamy
           
          1   cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
          1   cup butterscotch chips
      1 1/2   quarts Special KŪ Cereal

  Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil.

  Then pour over cereal.---place in a 9 X 13 greased pan

  Melt chips and spread over top.
